I had been using contacts to have one eye for reading and one eye for distance, but I was a little apprehensive about doing that. But when I spoke with Dr. Maloney, and used the lenses so I could see more permanently what it would be like, I realized that the best way for me was to go with one eye for distance and one eye for reading. The operation was absolutely painless. It was a very thorough pre-examination, and there was absolutely nothing to the corrective surgery.
