Dr. Robert Maloney, Los Angeles Eye Surgeon and founder of Maloney-Shamie-Hura Vision Institute, has been performing vision correction surgery and advanced lens cataract surgeries for more than 30 years. His partner, Dr. Neda Shamie, has been performing those same refractive and cataract procedures and complex cornea transplants for over 20 years. Dr. Hura has personally performed over 2,500 of the same types of refractive and cataract procedures utilizing the latest techniques in laser vision correction, ICLs, refractive lens exchange, and advanced lens cataract surgery.

Many procedures and techniques now in widespread use were pioneered right here at MSHVI, an approved U.S. FDA Study Center and site for over 20 FDA trials.
